ABOUT DWB:

We believe in the power of women supporting women.

We’re here to spark inspiration, build confidence, and open doors to new opportunities through authentic connection and shared experience.

We’re intentionally industry- and role-agnostic - welcoming professionals, founders, creatives, and leaders from every background and career stage. As our community grows, we create smaller, relevant networking groups that make it easy to find your people - those walking similar paths, navigating similar challenges, and cheering you on along the way.

Together, we empower each other to lead boldly, lift others up, and redefine what success looks like on our own terms.

DWB is a community-first organization rooted in three core values: authenticity, impact, and inspiration. We create intentional, in-person spaces where members feel seen, supported, and less alone in their work and leadership. We believe vulnerability is a strength, connection fuels momentum, and thoughtful community can change trajectories.

Our focus is not on surface-level networking or self-promotion. Instead, we prioritize:

    • Strengthening community outreach and partnerships, including identifying and cultivating relationships with aligned local organizations, funders, and ecosystem partners

    • Supporting governance and operational readiness, ensuring structure, compliance, and decision-making scale alongside impact

    • Maintaining and elevating quality, helping ensure DWB’s programming, experiences, and reputation continue to reflect a high bar as we grow
