April 2026 Quarterly Connect

When: Wednesday, April 22nd, 4:00 - 7:00 pm [4:20 intros, 4:30 - 5:45 panel discussion, 5:45+ networking]

Where: The gorgeous Pavillion at Tetherow Resort

What: What if the thing standing between you and your next level isn't more effort?

A belief that was quietly shrinking your impact, and letting it go. A relationship that unlocks what years of solo effort couldn't. A system that replaces exhausting manual work with something that runs without you. A moment when you stop trying to prove yourself and start trusting what you've already built.

That's leverage. And it changes everything.

Not just the output. The whole operating system. Once you find one lever, you start seeing them everywhere. The way you spend your time. The people you bring close. The work you hold onto and the work you finally put down.

More details:

This quarter, we're exploring what that shift actually looks like in practice. Through a candid panel conversation with Julie Harrelson and Diane Bradley, we're going after the real stories: where the leverage was hiding, what it took to find it, and what became possible on the other side.

  • Julie Harrelson is part strategist, part trusted confidant—the “angel on the shoulder” to more than 100 CEOs who collectively manage millions of dollars, shape policy, accelerate innovation, and employ thousands. She is a sought-after thought partner, offering counsel on innovative leadership and living a meaningful life while building, funding, scaling, and transitioning companies and communities. Julie is also an accomplished speaker, emcee, celebrant and panelist, known for her insight, presence, and ease with complex conversations.

Julie is an experienced Celebrant, emceeing and facilitating large-scale business and personal gatherings, weddings, celebrations of life, memorial services, and other meaningful milestones. Her approach is life-affirming, deeply personal, flexible, and joyful—designed for people who want gatherings that truly reflect who they are and what matters most.

As Managing Director of eight Cascade Funds, Julie led more than 100 investments. Her own journey as a founder and executive in six early-stage companies sparked her interest for backing innovative entrepreneurs and bold ideas.

Previously, Julie served as a technology executive at multiple companies acquired by EarthLink, Time Warner, and others. Following her own startup exit, she began working closely with entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 leaders, and global initiative leaders across healthcare, education, and sustainability.

A believer in living life fully and an adventurer at heart, Julie has studied the human spirit, leapt off cliffs into glacial rivers in Iceland, driven sled dogs, and biked the backroads of the Pacific Northwest.

A lifelong resident of the beautiful PNW, Julie can often be found along the Oregon Coast, in Portland or Vancouver, BC—or exploring stunning places around the world.

  • All of Diane’s experience lies at the intersection of charting new territory, making things real, and navigating complexity. She’s spent nearly her entire career building and growing teams within strategic business consultancies.

As CEO & Managing Partner at Jemini, she and her team guide global organizations and audacious leaders through multi-faceted change. With deep expertise in strategy activation, organizational development, transformational change, and innovation, Diane’s leadership drives teams to move swiftly from theory to action, enabling speed to innovation for iconic brands like Nike, Target, McDonald’s, and Carhartt as well as growth-stage startups.

What Diane is most proud of, though, is figuring out how to make things better when the stakes are high. She doesn’t shy away from hard, important conversations, especially when it comes to cultivating a fabulous place to work.

We'll also hear a brief update from Cate Havstad-Casad on her company and industry.
